Returns, Exchanges + Refunds
Pretty Lux Co has a 7-day return or exchange policy on our candles, wax melts and select homewares only. This means you have 7 business days after receiving your product(s) to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and/or un burnt and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or confirmation email.

Due to the nature of our products, all other products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes our handcrafted soap dish and decorative trays, subscriptions products, bundles, sale items, gift sets, limited/seasonal products and products in our skin and hair collection.
We only offer refunds under certain circumstances. We will issue you a refund if your order or situation qualifies
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for products purchased from our retailers.
Return - You will return the product(s) back to us at your expense. You will not receive anything back from us.
Exchange - You will return the product(s) back to us at your expense. We will then inspect and ship your exchanged product(s) if product(s) are accepted upon inspection.
Refund - We will refund you for the total cost of product(s) minus our 10% restocking fee and any shipping and handling costs you initially paid on your order. You do not need to send the product(s) back to us. Your refund will be processed back to the card or method of payment you used when you placed your order.
We have no problem replacing products that were damaged during transit. To be deemed damaged, the product must be broken and/or unusable. If your order is damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and photo's of damaged product(s) within 7 business days from delivery. Your item(s) will be replaced and/or a store credit will be given to you.
Due to the natural nature of our coconut wax, we are unable to accept returns due to damages or aesthetic issues such as broken pieces of wax melts or melted wax on surface of your candles. These minor visual defects does not effect the quality of product and can still be effectively used.
If a package gets lost, this is usually due to courier or address error. If a package is lost due to the actions of the courier, we will look into this matter and appropriate measures will be taken. Insurance is always included on the packages we ship.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for lost packages due to invalid or incorrect address. Please verify your details before making your purchase.
